Agree 100% and that’s why we are exploring a mobile strategy at our company to improve the candidate experience. We are also looking a site optimization for our college recruiting efforts. Mobile recruiting has the potential to become a game changer in how employers attract quality candidates. If employers can lessen the amount of time it takes to apply to a position — and get metrics to determine effectiveness — it only helps to build on the employer brand.

We give all our clients a free mobile version of any recruitment site, career site or job board we make them. Since Jan 2012 we have not made a site where a free mobile version was not given.
