Employee Referral Programs Not Always Social-Friendly (or Even Existent) [CHART]
Thank you for sharing this chart and discussing the topic. I am interested to hear from anyone that has effectively found an in-house method that best utilizes social components to generate “leads” by sharing key jobs with relevant connections. I see this not as a referral but a lead that could turn into a traditional qualified referral.
